A $450 deposit is due at time of booking to hold your reservation ( a credit card is required for deposit). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be returned in full. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will not be returned, but you can use it towards rental within (1) year of your cancellation date. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, unless re-booked and your stay is within 30 days of the original reservation.
