There and multiple businesses where you can rent ATV’s, Snowmobiles, and get signed up for tours they offer as well. There is a post office that is open weekdays.
The views from this home are incredible! As you look at the windows, you’ll be treated to lush green meadows, and meandering streams, surrounded by beautiful pine trees, with stands of quaking aspen trees and lava beds! It’s not unusual at all, to have a visit from the many deer that live in this area. If you’re really quiet, you might get to watch them graze right in the yard!
Nothing like starting your morning off sitting on the large deck looking to the east, and watching the sun come up over the trees!
Whether you’re riding your ATV’s or Snowmobiles, you can drive right off this property and be on your way! There are several trails within minutes for you to pick from!
This is a great location to use as your “homebase” as you venture out to Bryce National Park, Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Brian Head Ski Resort, Cedar Breaks, and the Grand Staircase-Escalante!

DEPOSITS and REFUNDS: A $450 deposit is due at time of booking to hold your reservation ( a credit card is required for this deposit). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be returned in full. If you cancel with 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will not be returned, but you can use it towards rental within one year of your cancellation date. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited unless you re-book and stay within 30 days of your original reservation.
