DEPOSITS and REFUNDS: A $450 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation ( a credit card is required for this deposit). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be returned in full. If you cancel with 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will not be returned, but you can use it towards rental within one year of your cancellation date. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, unless you re-schedule and are able to stay at the property within 30 days of the original scheduled date.
